The Returning Citizens Coordinator at the League of Women Voters of Florida is asking for your help.  They are doing a postcarding project in which the outreach is to previously incarcerated individuals informing them that under Amendment 4, these individuals now have the right to vote again under certain conditions.

How it works: the coordinator will be sending out blank postcards to the local league leaders in which they will fill out the contact and addresses to be sent out to the Returning Citizens, using volunteers from that local league. After that has been completed, they must be sent out to the Returning Citizens.

On the postcards are resources that the returning citizens can access to get their voting rights back.

If you are willing to help, thank you! All is needed is a good mailing address so that blank postcards can be mailed to you, the amount of postcards you would like, and the amount of postage you would like us to cover when these postcards get sent back out on your end. 

It is also highly important that you sign this certification form, along with anyone who may be helping. It explains that all contents of the RC contact list that I will be giving you must be destroyed, as all the information is confidential. Thank you once again and I hope to hear back from you.
