2020 Virtual Annual Meeting

How to participate in a virtual/online meeting.  

Zoom Participant Guide To Participate:

1. You can use your computer or mobile phone (or device to join the meeting).
2. Go to zoom.com or your app store and download zoom in advance of the call.
3. You will have a meeting link where you can log into the system—see below “To Join Zoom Meeting”.
4. It will ask you if you want to join by computer audio. You can do this or join by call.
5. You can still view the video online if you join by call.

Once you are in the meeting/call:

1. You will be placed in the call on mute.
2. Please put your name in the chat box (just type it in).
3. If you have a question, raise your hand (on the task bar at the bottom of your screen) or ask in chat. We will unmute you for discussions.
4. You will be asked to participate in several votes. Please vote.
5. The call will be recorded.
