League of Women Voters: Georgia Runoff GOTV Text-A-Thon
Sign Up HERE
Interested in helping the League of Women Voters get out the vote for the Georgia runoff elections? Join the League of Women Voters and the Leadership Conference on Civil & Human Rights on November 18th or 19th starting at 4:30 pm ET for a massive get out the vote text-a-thon to turnout voters across Georgia for their runoff elections! We will be texting voters to remind them of critical election-related dates and voting information. Interested volunteers can sign up using this form!
We will be texting voters starting from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm ET each day. We will be using a tool called Hustle. Hustle is a two-way texting platform that will allow you to have a real conversation with the person you are texting. We will have a script and answers to common questions to pull from along with basic engagement guidelines. There will be two trainings starting at 4:30 pm ET and 5:30 pm ET. Each training will be limited in size to ensure everybody is ready to go!
You will receive an email on the day of the event with the Zoom meeting link for your training and training materials. As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to the LWVUS Organizing Team at
organizing@lwv.org
. Thank you!
