The League of Women Voters of Orange County has partnered with Orlando-based digital marketing company Launch That to create a refreshed home page for its website. Important information for voters is front and center on the new page, which includes voter registration details, contacts for local elected officials, upcoming events, plus the latest news and volunteer opportunities.
League leadership and communications volunteers collaborated with a team of Launch That designers, developers and content experts on the new look of the public-facing page of the site, which debuted June 14.
“We are proud to have helped the League of Women Voters of Orange County achieve their goal of providing important voting information to the community,” said David Palombo, president and COO of Launch That. “It is a critical time in our country for women and more than ever we need to empower women-led groups so their voices can be heard. Our investment in the League aligns with our values at Launch That and we are proud to have helped it expand its message.”
The project was completed free of charge to the League as part of Launch That’s ongoing commitment to community outreach.
“We are so grateful for the help of Launch That to provide us with a new and modern face to the world,” said Barbara Lanning, co-president of the League of Women Voters of Orange County. “They took our mission to defend democracy and empower voters and helped bring that to light in a way we never could have imagined.”
