Subject: LWVOC Newsletter & Events
From: Lisa K Adkins

The election may be over but we end the week honoring our military veterans who have served near and far assuring our citizens of their right to VOTE!  Happy Veterans Day!  We also want to pay tribute to our election volunteers who spent countless hours this year educating and assisting Orange County voters.

The midterms are behind us, but our grassroots work powered by volunteers like you is more important than ever.  We are so thankful for all you do on behalf of the LWVOC to empower voters and defend democracy.  Your continued support will help ensure we increase civic engagement and voter participation at this critical moment in our nation's history.

Voter Services Team Shows Up Again!

It was another admirable effort on behalf of LWVOC volunteers who helped defend democracy by working Tuesday's polls (even a team to feed the volunteers!) and spending countless hours these last few weeks at community events educating voters.

Organization, training, time commitment...all of this and more is why these volunteers are  LEAGUE LEADERS!  Hopefully, we'll have pics/names to share soon but until then, THANK YOU Voter Services Volunteers!
